Cell Phones
For your relaxation and the relaxation of all our guests, we ask that you turn off all cell phones while in the salon and spa. Cell phone use is permitted in the breezeway.

Reservations
Our salon coordinators look forward to assisting you with scheduling any reservations you require. Our accommodating team is meticulously trained in matching you to the service provider that will be best suited to your needs and exceed your expectations. It is NOT uncommon for our guests to work with more than one service provider within the same department. If for any reason you feel a different (or additional!) service provider may be better suited to your personality, needs, or schedule you are encouraged to mention this at any time. We do our best to find you your perfect match, but it’s not a science! We feel that everyone can thrive in an environment of open communication, mutual respect, and teamwork!

Appointments
We suggest that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to relax and take full advantage of our facilities. Please understand that latecomers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments. As a courtesy to our salon and spa staff we request a 48-hour notice when canceling any appointment. LUXE reserves the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or late cancellation. A credit card or gift certificate number may be required to reserve multiple services, spa packages, or appointments during peak periods (evenings, weekends, holidays). After 3 missed appointments, full payment for any services will be required in advance.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that it’s sometimes necessary to reschedule a reservation. As a courtesy to our salon and spa staff we require a 48-hour notice when cancelling any appointment. LUXE reserves the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or late cancellations.

We require a credit card on file to schedule any appointment.

Schedule of amount charged for late cancellation:

Under 48hrs = 50% of scheduled service
Under 24hrs or no show = 100% of scheduled service

Deposit
20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is taken for all spa packages and multiple services, and for parties of 3 or more of any services.

Gratuities
LUXE reserves the right to include a gratuity. A gratuity may be added for premium services, spa/salon parties, spa packages, bridal services, discounted services, or any specialized services such as off-site services or services scheduled outside our normal business hours. If a gratuity has been added to your services and you would like to leave an additional amount, we would be happy to accommodate your wishes.

Children
We welcome children for their own appointments and request adult supervision at all times. No child under 12 may be left unattended. Please be conscious and respectful of all our guests. If children become disruptive you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. Children must be 14 years old to receive spa services.

Refreshments
At LUXE, our complimentary refreshment bar is always open with an array of drinks, such as gourmet coffee, juices, wine and beer (to guests of legal drinking age). It is a perfect way to relax before, during or after your service. Please enjoy alcoholic beverages responsibly.

Health Issues for Spa Services
Please be forthcoming with your personal health so that we can help you plan accordingly. If you have high blood pressure or a heart condition, it may be best to avoid body wraps or any treatments that involve heat or detoxification. If you’re allergic to iodine, avoid marine products such as seaweed. If you have varicose veins, avoid body scrubs to those areas. If you’re pregnant, avoid essential oils, detoxification, and anything that could raise your body temperature such as body wraps or steam shower.
