LUXE policies and etiquette
Cell Phones
For your relaxation, please turn off all cell phones while in the salon and spa. Cell phone use is permitted in the breezeway.
Appointments
We suggest that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment to relax and take full advantage of our facilities. Please understand that latecomers will incur the full fee for shortened treatments. As a courtesy to our salon and spa staff we request a 24-hour notice when canceling an appointment. LUXE reserves the right to charge a fee for missed appointments or late cancellation. A credit card or gift certificate number may be required to reserve multiple services or spa packages. After 3 missed appointments, payment will be needed in advance.
Children
We welcome children for their own appointments and request adult supervision at all times. No child under 12 may be left unattended. Children must be 14 years old to receive spa services.
Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in our service prices. Our guests' individual preferences and level of satisfaction are encouraged when determining gratuities.
Refreshments
At LUXE, our refreshment bar is always open with an array of drinks, such as gourmet coffee, juices, wine and beer. It is a perfect way to relax before, during or after your service. This complimentary service is offered to every client of the salon.
Staff Selection
Our staff’s commitment is to your complete satisfaction and quality of service. It is very common for our guests to work with more than one professional in a given area. Our front desk staff is committed to placing you with the personalities that best suit you!
Health Issues for Spa Services
Please be forthcoming with your personal health so that we can help you plan accordingly. If you have high blood pressure or a heart condition, it may be best to avoid body wraps or any treatments that involves heat or detoxification. If you’re allergic to iodine, avoid marine products such as seaweed. If you have varicose veins, avoid body scrubs to those areas. If you’re pregnant, avoid essential oils, detoxification, and anything that could raise your body temperature such as body wraps or steam shower. |
